Camera connectors
In the camera use case we prepared using a carrier board (model: Leetop A206) and compatible camera modules (model: IMX219), we found the following two issues:
- The CAM0 connector fails to detect camera modules with an error message displayed, “There was an error playing video from the webcam”.
- The CAM1 connector can recognize camera modules, but the connected camera module occasionally fails to obtain pictures using the Cheese App. This issue can be addressed by restarting Cheese.
Note: The CAM0 and CAM1 connectors on the carrier board correspond to the MIPI_CSI0 and MIPI-CSI2 interfaces of Core 3588E, respectively.
If you are using carrier boards and camera modules of other types, this issue should not exist.
